Schedules define when your resources are regularly available. You set weekdays and times, and anny only shows bookable slots within those windows. Using several schedules with different priorities, you manage seasonal changes without touching existing configurations.
Every resource needs at least one connected schedule or one available slot to appear on the booking page.

How do schedules work?

A schedule consists of one or more regular availabilities: weekday + start and end time. As soon as you connect a schedule to a resource, anny generates the bookable slots from it according to the booking option (duration, interval, buffer). Schedules can be shared with several resources. Changes to a schedule take effect immediately on all connected resources. Optionally, you can limit a schedule to an availability period (start and end date). Without an entry, the schedule applies permanently.

Priority logic with multiple schedules

Per resource, you can add several schedules. The order determines the priority: schedules higher up in the list take precedence. A schedule with an availability period overrides the schedules below it within its validity window. Adjust the order via drag and drop.

When do I use this?

  • You have fixed, recurring opening hours (for example Mon to Fri, 9:00 to 18:00): A single schedule without an availability period covers this.
  • You need seasonal changes (for example summer opening hours, holiday period): Create a special schedule with an availability period and position it above the standard schedule.
  • Several resources share the same times: Connect one shared schedule to all affected resources.
  • Not suitable for: One-off events, courses, or workshops with a specific date. Use Available Slots for those.

Relationship with other features

  • Service schedules: Further restrict availability at the booking option level without changing the resource schedules.
  • Global blockers: Lock several resources for a period at once, independent of schedules.
  • Smart Availability: Dynamically calculates the combined availability of connected resources.
