With dashboards in anny, you analyze key metrics around utilization, revenue, customers, and services clearly in one place. You can build custom reports, define time periods flexibly, configure widgets, and share relevant dashboards with your team.

How do dashboards work?

In the admin area, you reach the dashboards through the Dashboard menu item in the left sidebar. There you see an overview of your private and shared dashboards.

Create a dashboard

1

Create the dashboard

Click +New in the top right and give your dashboard a name (for example, Office CGN).
2

Optional: share the dashboard

Turn on the toggle to share the dashboard with your organization. Shared dashboards are visible to authorized users.
3

Add widgets

Click Widgets and select the reports you want. You can add an unlimited number of widgets per dashboard and arrange them by drag-and-drop using the six grey dots.

Private vs. shared dashboards

Roles and permissions

In the admin user management, you define per role which shared dashboards are visible:
  • Dashboard (All): access to all shared dashboards
  • Dashboard Selection: access to one specific dashboard only
You can also set permissions per widget category, so you control which reports a role is allowed to see.

Widget overview

Widgets are the individual reporting building blocks of your dashboard. Each widget has its own time period and its own filter options.

General widget functions

  • Fullscreen mode: open any widget in fullscreen for detailed analysis
  • Time period per widget: dynamic periods (for example, this week, last 30 days) or a custom period with a freely chosen start and end date (max. 365 days)
  • Consistent resource colors: all widgets use the same colors per resource
  • Export: download via the three dots in the top right of the widget as CSV (raw data) or PNG (image export)
  • Display options: depending on the widget, you can adjust the legend, averages, and other display settings

Booking widgets

Finances

Balance, total revenue, MRR, booking code sales, and revenue by product.

Booking widgets

Shows the number of bookings over time as a bar chart. Depending on the grouping, bookings are also segmented (for example, by resource, service, or UTM source).Typical questions: Which days are booked especially heavily? Are there weekly patterns? Which campaign brings the most bookings?
Shows when bookings were created in the system, regardless of the actual booking time. The creation date is always in the past. Distinction: Bookings by date shows the date the booking takes place, this widget shows when the booking came in.
Shows the newly received bookings and the related revenue within the selected period. Well suited for daily or weekly monitoring and short-term performance analysis.
Operational preview of the upcoming bookings for the next 7 days. Shows time, resource, status, and check-in option. You can adjust the columns via the gear icon.
Shows all open booking requests that have not yet been confirmed or declined. You can confirm or decline requests directly from the widget and optionally send a message along with it.
Real-time overview of currently checked-in bookings relative to the total (for example, 2/5 checked in).
Shows when your resources are busiest: by weekday or by time of day. Helps with capacity planning, staff planning, and price optimization.

Customers

Your highest-revenue or highest-booking customers within the selected period. You choose the metric: bookings, revenue, or both combined. Ideal for identifying key accounts.
Shows how new-customer acquisition develops over time. A customer counts as new when their first booking happens within the selected period. Includes a comparison to the previous period.
Table of all new customers from the last seven days. Updates automatically and shows the newest entries chronologically.

Finances

Shows the current account balance based on all booked revenue and payments, including pending payments.
Total income within the selected period, broken down by bookings, subscriptions, and packages. Revenue is evaluated by the day it arises (invoice creation), not by the booking time. Tax view: gross, net, gross after fees, net after fees. Status filter: draft, open, paid, online.
Monthly recurring revenue from active subscriptions. One-time bookings or packages are not included.
Sales statistics for vouchers and multi-cards, grouped by package over time. Reflects the time of purchase, regardless of redemption.
Breaks down revenue by individual products and compares it to online transaction fees. You can export the overview as a PDF.

Analytics

Percentage usage of your resources within the selected period. Filterable by resource, service, category, group, community, and address.
Booking distribution as a matrix. You can choose day x hour (weekly analysis) or day x month (seasonal view). The darker a cell, the higher the utilization.
Shows the utilization of workspaces and rooms on an interactive map (including 3D view), per location or across locations.
The highest-performing resources based on bookings, revenue, or both. Shown as a bar chart.
The most popular and highest-revenue services within the selected period. Compares usage and economic performance.
Distribution of bookings or revenue across your categories as a pie or donut chart. Shows the leading category with its percentage share.
Available when the Certificates feature is enabled. Shows completed or planned tests over time.

Open quota assignments aggregated per quota. Compares used value to total value in stacked bars. Filterable by allocation type.
Number of active waiting list spots grouped by resource. Makes bottlenecks and high-demand resources instantly visible.
Evaluates daily bookings by user role. Lets you run a target-actual check on defined presence quotas (for example, a minimum number of first-aiders on site).
Shows the cancellation reasons within the selected period as absolute values. Helps you analyze why bookings are cancelled.

Queues

Number of closed tickets per staff member, grouped by queue. Makes workload and distribution across the team visible.
Number of tickets closed each day, split by queue. Shows trends over time and seasonal peaks.

When do I use this?

  • You want to share KPIs across the team: create a shared dashboard and assign permissions per role.
  • You need a quick daily overview: use the New bookings and Up next widgets on a private dashboard.
  • You want to measure campaign impact: group Bookings by date by UTM source.
  • You are planning capacity or staff: use Peak times and days, Utilization, and the Heatmap.
  • Not suitable for: tabular raw-data exports. Use (Automatic) Exports for that.

Settings and options

Define standard dashboards for recurring reporting needs (for example, Operations, Revenue, Marketing) and share them, instead of having everyone maintain their own reports.

Real-world examples

A coworking space wants to evaluate revenue development and memberships centrally, to plan price changes based on data.
1

Create a shared dashboard

Open Dashboard in the sidebar and click +New. Name it Finance and turn on the Share with organization toggle.
2

Add revenue widgets

Click Widgets and add Total revenue and MRR. Set the period to a custom 90-day range. For Total revenue, choose the Net after fees tax view and the Paid status.
3

Add booking code sales

Add the Booking code sales widget to see the sales of multi-cards and vouchers over time.
4

Restrict permissions

Go to Avatar (top right) and then Manage admin users. Create or edit the Finance role and enable access to the Finance dashboard and the Finances widget category.
A company with desk sharing wants to monitor workspace utilization and make sure the minimum number of first-aiders is on site every day.
1

Create a dashboard

Open Dashboard and click +New. Name it Office Compliance and turn on Share with organization.
2

Add the utilization widget

Add the Utilization widget. Filter by your location’s address and the Workspace category. Set the period to this week.
3

Add Bookings by role

Add the Bookings by role widget. It shows the daily target-actual evaluation: how many people with the First-aider role have a booking on each day?
4

Review the result

In the Bookings by role widget, you see at a glance whether the minimum quota is met on the coming days. If it falls short, you can proactively invite qualified people into the office.

FAQ

Click the three dots in the top right of the widget and choose Download CSV (raw data) or Download PNG (image export). The export respects the currently set period and the active filters.
Check in Avatar and then Manage admin users whether the person’s role has access to the specific dashboard and the relevant widget categories.
First check the set period (dynamic vs. custom period) and the active filters (resource, community, address, status). Each widget has its own settings.
Group the Bookings by date widget by UTM source. Combine this with grouping by date to compare the performance of individual channels over time.
There is no limit. You can create an unlimited number of private and shared dashboards.

Troubleshooting

The affected person’s role has no access. Go to Avatar and then Manage admin users, edit the relevant role, and enable access to the dashboard.
The Total revenue widget evaluates by the date revenue arises (invoice creation), not by booking time. Also check the tax view and the status filter.
Check whether the time zone in your account settings is set correctly. If it is off, the displayed hours can be shifted.
