With the export function in anny, you export your data in a structured way: either as a one-time export at the click of a button or as an automatic export schedule that sends data to a defined destination at fixed intervals. This way, you regularly provide booking overviews, customer lists, or invoice data to your team, your accounting, or external partners.
Export schedules are limited by plan: Essential 1, Professional 3, Business 5, Enterprise 12. One-time exports are available without limit in all plans.

How does the export system work?

The export system in anny distinguishes two modes:
  • One-time export: You trigger an export directly. anny creates the file immediately and makes it available for download.
  • Export schedule: You configure an automatic export that is created and sent to a destination at a defined interval (daily, weekly, or monthly).
You find both modes in the left sidebar under Exports. There you see two sections:
  • Exports: overview of all completed exports with status and download option.
  • Export schedules: overview of all active automatic export configurations.
Use +New to create a new one-time export or a new export schedule in either section.

When do I use this?

  • You regularly need a booking overview for your team or management: configure a weekly or monthly export schedule with the relevant filters.
  • You work with external partners (for example, catering, cleaning): automatically send daily exports with filtered booking data by email.
  • You need data for accounting: export invoices, orders, or customer lists at regular intervals.
  • You quickly need an up-to-date file: use the one-time export for ad-hoc reports.
  • Not suitable for: PDF invoice export (there is a separate invoice export for that) or real-time data connections (use webhooks or the API for that).

FAQ

Yes. Open Exports > Export schedules, click the schedule you want, and adjust the interval, content, or destination. The changes apply from the next scheduled export.
One-time exports remain available for download in the export overview for 3 days. After that, the file is deleted.
Yes. You can add several destinations under Export destination. The export is sent to all configured destinations at the same time.
In addition to the standard columns, you can add custom fields, add-on groups, and customer attributes as separate columns. To do so, choose the Configured columns option under Content.
No. Only active export schedules are limited. You can run one-time exports without limit.

Troubleshooting

Check the filters in the export schedule. Often a too-narrow time period filter or a status filter is set that returns no matches at export time. Adjust the filters and run a one-time export with the same settings as a test.
Check the email address stored in the destination. Also look in the spam folder. If you use an external address, make sure the mail server does not block emails from anny.
Custom fields only appear if you choose the Configured columns option under columns and explicitly add the fields you want. With “All columns”, only the standard data fields are exported.
