The calendar is the central overview of all bookings in your anny account. You see at a glance which resources are occupied when, can switch between different views, and create new bookings, subscriptions, or booking packages directly.

How does the calendar work?

The calendar shows all bookings of your organization in a visual overview. You reach it via Calendar in the menu bar on the left. At the top of the calendar, you see your resources as colored chips. Use the arrows to the left of the month name to navigate between time periods. In the bottom right, you select the view you want.

Views

The calendar offers different views for different perspectives on your bookings:

Filters

Via the Filter icon in the top right, you filter the calendar by categories or specific resources. This way, you hide irrelevant bookings and focus on what matters.

Saved views

Every combination of view and filters can be saved as a saved view. By default, the “Default” view exists. You can create additional views:
  1. Set the desired view and filters.
  2. Close the filter view.
  3. Click the current view in the bottom right.
  4. Select Save: either just for yourself or for the entire organization.

Direct actions in the calendar

Click directly in a time slot in the calendar to open a context menu. You have three options:
  • Create booking: Starts the booking flow (see below).
  • Create blocker: Blocks the selected time period for the resource.
  • Create appointment: Creates an available appointment for the resource.

Adjust the resource order

The colored resource chips at the top of the calendar can be moved via drag and drop. This way, you adjust the order to your way of working.

Create a new booking

Via New+ at the top of the navigation bar, you create the following directly from the calendar:

FAQ

With Available, anny checks whether the resource is actually free at the desired time. With Free input, no availability check is performed and the booking is created regardless.
Yes. Adjust the filters and save the view again under the same name.
That depends on how you saved it. A personal view is seen only by you. A view shared with the organization is seen by all admin users.
The booking is created, but the customer does not receive an email notification about it.

Troubleshooting

A filter is probably active that hides resources or categories. Click Filter in the top right and check whether a restriction is set. Reset the filter or select the resources you want.
The service-first flow must be activated for at least one service, so services appear under “Any”. Check in the service settings whether the service-first flow is activated.
Saved views appear in the bottom right in the views menu under “Saved views”. If a view no longer appears there, it may have been deleted by another admin user.
