anny offers four plans. All prices are monthly and exclude VAT. With annual payment, you save 20%.View and change your plan

Open Subscription & billing
Click your account icon in the top right and select Subscription & billing.

Check the current plan
Below your active plan, the note active is shown. You see all available plans side by side.

Switch the plan
Select the plan you want. Click Upgrade to switch to a higher plan, or Downgrade to switch to a smaller plan.

Confirm the change
A pop-up appears for confirmation. Check the details and confirm the change.
Review the result
After the change, you see the new plan with the status active under Subscription & billing. With a downgrade, the previous plan shows the status Scheduled or Cancelled until the current period ends.Cancel your plan

Select the Starter plan
Select the Starter plan (free) to cancel your paid plan.

Deactivate your booking page
Set your booking page to inactive, so that no new bookings come in.
Delete your account
If you no longer want to use anny, you can delete your account entirely.1

Remove admins
Delete all admins from the user management (accessible via the three lines in the top right).

Contact support
Send a message with your feedback in the support chat, so your account is finally deleted.

Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. With monthly payment, the plan renews monthly and you can switch or cancel at any time. With annual payment, you get a 20% discount, but you can only adjust the plan after the term ends.

Your data is preserved. Features not included in the smaller plan are no longer available to you after the change, until you upgrade again.

No. For the Enterprise plan, you need to request a custom offer. To do so, contact our sales team.

Check whether your payment method is stored and valid. Without an active payment method, no paid plan can be activated.

A downgrade takes effect only at the end of the current billing period. Under Subscription & billing, you see the status “Scheduled” until the change takes effect.
