Open online payments
Open the Account settings via the avatar (top right) and switch to the Online payments tab. Click Set up online payment.

Create a Stripe Connect account
You are redirected to Stripe. There, enter your email address, business type, personal details, and industry. Confirm your entries.

Wait for verification
The anny CS team verifies your account. The review usually takes a few hours. After that, the online payment options are available in your anny account.

Enable online payment in booking options
Open the booking option you want and enable the Online payment mode. Customers can now pay online during the booking process.
Check the result
After successful verification, you see the status “Active” under Account settings → Online payments. The Online payment option is available in your booking options. Customers can now pay during the booking process by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, TWINT, or PayPal.FAQ

0.40 € per booking plus 5% of the total amount (net, plus VAT). Free bookings remain free of charge.
When do I receive my money?
When do I receive my money?
The money is available one day after the booking date, but still needs to be processed: it is released to your bank account at the earliest 5 business days after payment, and at the latest 90 days after payment. For SEPA payments, Stripe needs 6 business days of processing time.

No. You create a new Stripe Connect account through anny. However, Stripe recognizes your email, so you only need one login for both accounts.

Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, TWINT, and PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay also work in the widget and can be used for subscriptions.

Yes. Add another account in the Stripe Connect dashboard. anny supports EUR, USD, CHF, GBP, DKK, NOK, PLN, and SEK.

For asynchronous payment methods (for example bank transfer, direct debit), the incoming payment is delayed by several days. The payment only becomes visible in the dashboard once it has arrived.

Your Stripe Connect account balance is not sufficient. Make sure there is enough balance before you carry out cancellations with a refund.
