Create global blockers
Global blockers allow you to block multiple resources at once. Here's how:
Go to your account settings (click on your avatar in the top right-hand corner)
Open global blockers Create a global blocker
Assign a title (e.g. ‘Public holidays’)
Set the time period
Select the target group:
All resources
Specific groups
Specific categories (e.g. meeting rooms, car parks)
Save
All affected resources will then be displayed as blocked in the calendar.
Manage global blockers
Can be viewed in the account settings under Global Blockers
Display of all blocked resources per blocker
Individual blockers can be removed again in the calendar
Holiday blockers
Holidays can be entered automatically. How it works:
Open the Public holiday blockers section under Global blockers
Select a federal state (e.g. North Rhine-Westphalia)
Select a period (e.g. 7 days, 30 days, entire year)
Save
The system then automatically creates blockers for all public holidays (e.g. Christmas Day, New Year's Day, German Unity Day).
How do I enable bookings across blockers?
To enable bookings both before and after a blocker, you can proceed as follows:
