With the anny MS Teams app you access your booking page directly from Microsoft Teams, without switching applications. This way you book rooms, desks or appointments without leaving Teams.

Add the anny app as a user

As an admin, you can pin the anny app for your entire team, so it appears automatically in the left bar for all team members.

Provide the anny app for the organization (admin)

Once the app is deployed, all selected users can see and use the anny app in Teams.

Automatic login

As an admin, you can grant the permission centrally for all users in your organization, so the consent does not have to be given individually.

If self-service app consent is disabled in Microsoft Entra, an administrator must enable the anny Teams app once.

Check the result

The anny app appears in your left Teams bar. When you open it, you see your anny booking page and can book directly without leaving Teams.

Troubleshooting

This issue can occur after a Microsoft Teams client update. Remove the anny app (right-click → Uninstall) and then add it again. If the issue persists, contact anny support.
Check whether your Teams admin has approved the anny app for your organization. If the app does not appear under Built for your org, contact your IT admin.
Make sure the app consent was granted. If your company has disabled self-service consent, an admin must grant the permission centrally (Microsoft Entra → Enterprise Applications → anny → Permissions → Grant admin consent).
