Calendar integrations require the Calendar synchronization feature to be included in your plan. Without the feature, the integrations do not appear in your integration list.
How does calendar synchronization work?
All four integrations work as a two-way synchronization in real time. On activation, anny first imports all future events and bookings. After that, the calendar providers transmit every change to anny immediately, and vice versa. The synchronized period runs from today up to about 13 months into the future. anny extends this period automatically every month. Past events and bookings are not transmitted.What is synchronized?
Towards the calendar, anny only transmits bookings with a blocking status, that is, confirmed, requested, and invited bookings. If a booking is cancelled or declined, anny removes the event again.
Towards anny, calendar events become blockers by default: they occupy the resource without creating a real booking. If you instead choose a default service for bookings, anny creates real bookings including the customer and participants from the event. Events marked as “free” in the calendar are ignored by anny by default; events marked as private are always imported in anonymized form.

Personal calendars or workspace integration?
Personal calendar integrations (Outlook, Google Calendar) are set up directly on the resource: you sign in with your own account and select a calendar. Each connection couples exactly one calendar with exactly one resource. This fits when individual people want to share their availability with a resource. Workspace integrations (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) are set up once centrally by your IT for the whole organization. After that, you connect any number of resources to your company’s room and user calendars, without anyone having to sign in individually. This fits meeting rooms and shared resources in the company.When do I use this?
Calendar integrations are suited for:- Meeting rooms: rooms stay bookable, whether colleagues reserve them in anny or directly in the company calendar.
- Personal availability: your private events automatically block your bookable resource, without customers seeing details.
- Avoiding double bookings: both calendars always show the same state, because changes are transmitted immediately.
- Online appointments: bookings automatically get a Google Meet or Teams meeting on request.
Relationship with other features
The preparation and follow-up time from the service settings can be carried over into the events on request, so the calendar shows the full occupancy. Via Select active booking options, you limit the synchronization to specific booking options. In the booking details, the Calendar synchronization panel shows which account and calendar a booking is linked to. No. By default, anny only imports events that count as “busy” in the calendar. Events marked as “free” are ignored, unless you enable Synchronize all events.

Yes, but without content: events marked as private always appear in anny with an anonymized title. In addition, via Booking titles in anny, you can anonymize all imported events.

By default, blockers are created that only occupy availability. If you choose a default service for bookings, anny creates real bookings instead. When you switch, anny automatically converts existing future blockers of the connection.

Deactivating pauses the synchronization, existing events and blockers remain. When you delete, anny removes the created synchronizations on both sides. In doing so, you choose whether all or only future synchronizations are removed.

The event is probably marked as “free”, is in the past, or is more than 13 months in the future. Also check whether the event is in the connected calendar and not in another sub-calendar.

Usually the Select active booking options setting filters the booking option out, or the booking is not confirmed. Also check whether the connection shows an error: an unreachable calendar is no longer synchronized.

Authentication failed, for example after a password change or revoked permissions. Sign in again or check the permissions in the Microsoft tenant or Google Workspace, and then reactivate the integration via the toggle.
