Subscription overview

Under Subscriptions in your profile, you see all your subscriptions in three categories:
  • Active: Running subscriptions with current conditions
  • Inactive: Cancelled or expired subscriptions
  • Requested: Subscriptions waiting for confirmation by the provider

Booking quotas

If your subscription includes booking quotas, you see the current balance on the Home page of your booking page. Quotas can be amounts (for example 10 bookings), time budgets (for example 20 hours), or monetary amounts.

Open balances

If you have open invoices, they are shown on the Home page under Open balances. Pay open amounts to keep your ability to book.

FAQ

With an upgrade, you get immediate access to the extended features, so the difference is billed right away. A downgrade only takes effect at the end of the period, so you can fully use the paid time frame.
Yes, both in your profile (applies to all future payments) and per subscription via the three dots > Update payment method.
Open Subscriptions, click the three dots of the active subscription, and choose Update payment method.
On the Home page of your booking page. Quotas are shown there if your subscription includes any.
This is expected behavior. A downgrade only takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, so you can fully use the paid time frame.
Check whether your credit card is still valid and has sufficient funds. For SEPA, make sure the direct debit mandate was granted correctly. Update your payment method in your profile if needed.
Your subscription may still be waiting for confirmation by the provider. Check the “Requested” tab. If it does not appear there either, contact the provider.
