Manage your subscriptions, store payment methods, and keep an eye on open balances.
In this area, you manage everything around your subscriptions and payment methods as an end user: subscribe, cancel, withdraw, upgrade/downgrade, and update your payment method.
In your profile, go to Subscriptions and select the Active tab.
2
Cancel
Click the three dots next to the subscription and choose Cancel.
3
Confirm
Confirm the cancellation. The subscription continues until the end of the paid period. Within the withdrawal period you additionally see Withdraw: then the subscription ends immediately and the unused remaining amount is refunded proportionally.
For individual invoices, you can also adjust the payment method individually. To do this, open the respective invoice and change the stored method right there.
If your subscription includes booking quotas, you see the current balance on the Home page of your booking page. Quotas can be amounts (for example 10 bookings), time budgets (for example 20 hours), or monetary amounts.
Why is my upgrade charged immediately, but the downgrade is not?
With an upgrade, you get immediate access to the extended features, so the difference is billed right away. A downgrade only takes effect at the end of the period, so you can fully use the paid time frame.
Can I change my payment method afterwards?
Yes, both in your profile (applies to all future payments) and per subscription via the three dots → Update payment method. Depending on currency and device, credit card, SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal may be available.
My subscription was set up for me. How do I store my payment method?
Open Subscriptions, click the three dots of the active subscription, and choose Update payment method.
Where do I see my remaining quotas?
On the Home page of your booking page. Quotas are shown there if your subscription includes any.
What is the difference between Cancel and Withdraw?
Cancel ends the subscription at the end of the period or the minimum term. Withdraw is only available within the withdrawal period. The subscription then ends immediately, and the unused remaining amount is refunded proportionally.
My subscription downgrade is not active immediately
This is expected behavior. A downgrade only takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, so you can fully use the paid time frame.
My payment fails
Check whether your credit card is still valid and has sufficient funds. For SEPA, make sure the direct debit mandate was granted correctly. Update your payment method in your profile if needed. Why some subscription invoices are not collected: SEPA direct debit for subscriptions.
I do not see my subscription under Active
Check the Requested and All tabs. A subscription with a start date in the future appears as Planned. If it does not appear there either, contact the provider.
