In your profile, you manage all personal data, payment methods and notifications. From here you also control your visibility in communities and connect with colleagues via Connected Persons.

Create an account

To use anny as an end user, you create a free account.
1

Open the registration page

Open your organization’s booking page or go directly to anny.co and click Register.
2

Select Make a booking

Choose the Make a booking tab. Do not click “Manage resources”, otherwise you create an admin account.
3

Enter your details

Enter your first name, last name, email address and a password. Accept the privacy policy and terms of use and click Register.
Alternatively, you can sign in with SSO, passkey, Google or Apple, if this is supported by your organization.

Open your profile

You reach your profile by clicking your avatar in the top right and selecting Profile. Your profile shows your name, your bio and your stored skills, roles and interests at the top. Below that, you find the individual settings areas.

Avatar & profile picture

You have two options to set up your profile picture:
  • Upload a photo: upload your own profile picture.
  • Avatar builder: create a personalized “annymoji”. Choose skin tone, eyes, mouth, hairstyle, beard, clothing and accessories. The avatar helps colleagues find you quickly in the map view.
Additionally, under Skills, roles and interests, you can store tags that are visible on your profile (e.g. languages, skills, hobbies).

Settings at a glance

Personal information

Under Personal information, you can adjust the following data:
  • Title and gender
  • First name and last name
  • Date of birth
  • Email address (not changeable with SSO login)
  • Mobile number and landline number
  • Company (with legal form), job title and department
  • Bio
At the very bottom of the page, you find the options Delete profile and Change password.
If you delete your profile, all your data is removed irreversibly. Existing bookings are cancelled.

Notifications

You can control notifications granularly per category:
  • Bookings: confirmations, reminders, changes
  • Check-ins: prompts to check in
  • Invitations: booking invitations from colleagues
  • Subscriptions: subscription changes and payment notices
Each category can be enabled or disabled independently by email and/or as a push notification (desktop/app).

Communities

As a member of a community, you have access to certain resources with the corresponding conditions. Depending on your organization’s setting, you are either visible or in incognito mode. Here is how to set yourself to incognito:
1

Open Communities

In your profile, go to Communities.
2

Enable incognito

Click the three dots next to the community and select Incognito.
In your profile, open the Personal information and click Change password at the very bottom. Enter your current and new password.
With a login via SSO (single sign-on) or Shibboleth, your email is controlled by the identity provider. A change is then only possible there.
All personal data is deleted irreversibly and existing bookings are cancelled. This process cannot be undone.
Booking quotas are shown on the Home page of your booking page, if your subscription includes quotas.
In the Discover area, you can switch the community in the top left. Alternatively, you see your communities on the Home page.
Profile changes (e.g. address) are only transferred to the provider’s customer record with the next booking. Make sure you update your data before your next booking.
Check in your phone settings whether push notifications are enabled for the anny app. Additionally, in your profile under Notifications, make sure the desired categories are turned on.
Make sure you have enabled incognito mode for each community individually. The mode does not apply account-wide, but separately per community.
