General Information
General Information
Under the general information for a resource, you can configure the resource accordingly:
Add an image to your resource. Either upload it or select one from the gallery.
Choose a meaningful name for the resource. If you have multiple resources, we recommend using a recognizable name.
Edit the URL extension so that the URL on the booking page is logical and consistent (e.g., https://anny.co/book/meeting-2-stairways-to-heaven).
Select the category of the resource (e.g., meeting room, parking space, flex desk, event space, workshop, etc.).
Optionally assign the resource to a group for internal overview (e.g., department, division, membership).
Add a description to the resource. You can use the toolbar to make the following adjustments to the description:
Adjust texts with headings or bullet points.
Mark texts in bold, italics, underline, or strikethrough.
Add an image/video.
Include a table.
Using the @ symbol, you can link to a resource, subscription plan, or booking package either as a free field in the text or within the text itself, so that customers are directed to the right place within the resource.
Within the Files section, you can upload an image or video that can be viewed and downloaded on the resource page.
Select suitable properties for your resource, which can then be filtered on the booking page. These can be specified as a checkbox, number, or text.
Specify the location of the resource—as an address, online, or no location.
Pro tip: If you want to store your resource not only in English but also in other languages, you can click the Translate button via the 3 dots in the top right corner. Select the language in which you want the resource to be translated.
Availability
Availability
This determines the availability of the resource:
Once available: can only be booked once at any given time.
Multiple availability: can be booked multiple times (up to the specified number).
Child Resources: can be booked multiple times, with each booking being assigned a specific option from the list.
In the next step, define a regular or irregular schedule.
Does the resource need to be blocked for a short period of time and is not available for booking? Create a blocker for this purpose:
Click on Create blocker
Give the blocker a name and define the date and time
Click on Save
In addition, public holidays that have been stored globally on the account under Global blockers are displayed here.
Note: The times specified on the resource override those specified in the booking option. The times must be identical to or greater than those specified in the booking option.
