anny has a new look and many new features. In this article, we give you an overview of the most frequently asked questions.

Are there changes to the Admin area?

No, nothing has changed in the admin area.

To determine whether and which resources are displayed in the new calendar on your organization page, click on your avatar in the top right-hand corner and then select “Account settings”. In the account settings, navigate to “Settings” in the menu. There you will find the section “Show resources in calendar”. Here you can select whether resources should be displayed and, if so, which ones. The selection affects the calendar view of your organization and helps to improve the overview of bookable resources.

Do I need to customize my iFrame / widget (embedding the booking page on your website)?

No, you do not need to make any adjustments.

The new design is also immediately available in your widget. The new calendar view can also be used in the iFrame.

If you are using a different color scheme or design, please check whether this still matches the new design. Make adjustments if necessary.

If you want to make adjustments, it is important to re-insert the HTML code from the admin area into your website.

Has the MS Teams app been updated?

No, there are currently no changes to the MS Teams app.

The update will take place next month.


Does everyone automatically have the new design? When will the new design be available for me?

The new version will be automatically available for everyone on anny.co from 15.04.2025.

On EU+ (anny.eu) the update will be available automatically in May 2026. An exact date and an announcement via mail will follow.

Can I continue to use the old version or the old design?

No, the old version will no longer be available.

But don't worry: everything will remain familiar and all functions will continue to exist.

Every user will receive a digital tour with detailed instructions as soon as they open the new anny. All changes will be explained.

Can Connected Persons “Book on Behalf” be deactivated from the admin side?

The Connected Persons feature cannot be deactivated. Each user can decide for themselves who they want to share their bookings or access rights with. Admins have no influence on this.

Are screenshots already available before the update that I can use for internal communication with employees?

Yes, we have sent you a newsletter (subject: The new anny is live 🥳) in which you will find a detailed overview of all the new features, including screenshots that you can share directly with your employees. All users will also receive a tour of the new anny, in which they will be guided through the new features.
