If you have already installed the Outlook add-in (instructions), you can now book via Outlook. You can log in to your Outlook add-in with your SSO (single sign-on) or your anny account.
Booking via the Outlook Add-In
Create "New appointment" in Outlook
Open Outlook and click on "New appointment". This will open a pop-up for creating an appointment. Select your desired time and participants for your Outlook appointment as if it was a normal Outlook appointment.
Search for available resources
Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the pop-up and select the "anny" option to open the anny Outlook add-in.
Overview of available resources
Your available resources, such as your meeting rooms, are displayed on the right-hand side.
Select a room
By clicking on select, the room will be added to the Outlook appointment as a location. Now click on "send" and your booking is complete.
Pro tip: You can also add several rooms.
Further filter options
Select a time period for the booking:
Under "Find booking" you can now select a suitable time period. Use the options such as "Exact match", "On the same day" or "Within the week".
Filter by properties:
The filter icon opens all available properties that you can search for. Refine your search to find exactly what you need.
Good to know
If you reschedule an appointment, the booking also changes in real time.
