How do I add the Outlook Add-In?

For users

  1. Open Outlook

  2. Click on the three dots on the far right in the top horizontal menu bar

  3. Click on the penultimate item "Get add-ins" in the context menu

  4. Search for "anny bookings" or click on "Managed by administrator" on the left to see the add-ins that have already been released.

  5. Add anny as an add-in


For administrators

Share the anny Outlook add-in with your entire organization.

  1. Go to the administrator area of your Microsoft 365 account at https://admin.microsoft.com.

  2. Go to Settings -> Integrated apps. Here you will find a list of all integrated apps.

  3. Now click on the "Call up apps" button. A new window will open and you can search for the "anny bookings" app here. Once you have found our Outlook add-in, you can click on the "Retrieve now" button.

  4. Now you can select for whom the add-in should be provided and thus provide the add-in to your organization.
