Which versions are compatible with the anny Outlook Add-In?
In principle, the Outlook add-in can be used in the same way on both .eu and .co. Users do not necessarily have to be in the cloud here. However, we do have a minimum Outlook version with which we are compatible.
For an Outlook add-in with OnMessageSend / OnAppointmentSend events / Smart Alerts, version 2206 (Build 15330.20196) or newer is currently required by the client.
