Usecases:
Step 1: Download and Install the App
Open the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Search for "anny Display" and install the app.
Step 2: Data Configuration
Open the app and select the appropriate "Data Host Region."
For onPrem customers: Choose "Custom" and enter your domain.
Step 3: Pair the device with the anny Admin Area
Visit www.app.anny.co/displays in your web browser.
Select the Displays tab.
Click on "Pair Display App" in the top right and enter the 6-digit code displayed by the app.
Step 4: Configure Display Settings
Customize the display name.
Choose the default view (Map/Widgets).
Anonymize booking description: Booking description will not be displayed on the screen.
Allow interaction: Permits users to book directly on the display. (Note: Disable for non-touch displays.)
Step 5: Configure Sleep Mode
Active days: Select the days when the display should be active.
Start time: Set the time when the display should become active.
End time: Determine when the display should enter sleep mode.
Sleep Brightness: Adjust the brightness of the display in sleep mode.
Step 6: Set Up Widgets
Max Widgets per page: Choose how many widgets/resources should be displayed per page (up to 9).
Add widgets: Add as many widgets as needed and configure each one to:
Allow ad-hoc bookings.
Set the selectable booking interval to 15 minutes.
Allow anonymous bookings (guest bookings).
Display the organizer of the booking.
Step 7: Alternative Widgets
Add additional widgets to be displayed as alternatives when a widget is currently occupied.
Example: Meeting Room Display
Recommended Settings:
Resource: Meeting Room
Booking option: Flexible duration min. 15min, max. 12h
Check-in: Enable check-in and check-out, automatic expiration after 15 minutes, release capacity after check-out.
Self Check-In: Enable, allow check-in 10 minutes before booking starts and 15 minutes after.
Self Check-Out: Enable.
Configure Display
Default view: Grid
Allow interaction: Enable
Sleep Mode: Mon-Fri, 7-20 hrs, low brightness
Widget: All activated
Alternative Widgets: Rooms of similar size, same floor
Example: Flex Desk Display
Recommended Settings:
Resource: Flex Desk
Booking option: Fixed duration 1 day
Check-in: Enable check-in and check-out, automatic expiration after 3 hours, release capacity after check-out.
Self Check-In: Enable, allow check-in 2 hours before booking starts and 3 hours after.
Self Check-Out: Enable.

Allow interaction: Enable
Sleep Mode: Mon-Fri, 7-20 hrs, low brightness
