Profile notifications

In this article, you will learn how to manage notifications for your bookings in anny.

To manage your notification settings, click on your avatar in the top right corner of the booking page. You will now be taken to your profile. Select Notifications.

Here you can now manage all your notifications.

Email notifications are sent to the email address used for the booking or the email address stored in the profile. Desktop notifications are displayed in the respective operating system. Notifications in the anny app can only be set in the app itself.

Bookings

New bookings

Here you will be notified of your new bookings, including those made by the provider.

Changed bookings

Here you will be notified of updated bookings, e.g., changes to dates/duration made by the provider.

Paid bookings

Here you will be notified when bookings have been paid for.

Cancelled and rejected bookings

Here you will be notified if your bookings are canceled or rejected.

Booking reminders

Here you can activate the booking reminders set by the provider.

Check-Ins

Self Check-In

You will be notified as soon as self check-in is available.

Check-in confirmation

You will receive a notification once you have checked in.

Gast Check-In

You will receive a notification as soon as the guest of your hosted booking has checked in.

Invitations

Booking invites

You will receive a notification when someone invites you (using the paper airplane in the weekly planner) to book a resource.

Reactions to invitations

You will be notified when someone accepts or declines your booking invitation.

Subscriptions

New billings

You will be notified when a new invoice for your subscription is available.
