👋 Hey! New to anny and want to set up your profile?

Here you’ll learn how to customize your profile, edit or delete customer-related data (e.g., contact and billing details), and manage your subscriptions. This guide answers the most common questions about profile and privacy settings—including notifications and visibility—and offers tips on pausing, switching, or canceling your subscriptions.

Everything about your profile

You can make any changes to your profile yourself. You can access your profile by navigating to Profile via your avatar.

Profile

If you have just registered, nothing has been saved to your profile yet. To help other members of the co-working space recognize you, you can create your profile in anny.

You can find out how to create an avatar or upload your profile picture and add your skills or roles to your profile here.

Personal information

All information about yourself, such as your email address, birthday, and professional information, can be found under personal information.

Here you can:

  • change your name,

  • change your email address,

  • enter your company and role information,

  • change your password, and

  • delete your account.

Addresses

Have you moved and want to update your address? Click here.

Payment methods

Here you can enter your payment methods for your subscription (credit card and/or SEPA direct debit mandate).

Notifications

In anny, you receive notifications both by email and/or on your desktop. Notifications can be enabled and/or disabled here. For each category—bookings, check-ins, invitations, and subscriptions—you can decide in detail whether and how you want to be notified.

Communities

As a member of a co-working space, you are often part of a community. Communities are internal booking pages where you have access to certain resources with the corresponding conditions according to your subscription.

Depending on the settings of the co-working space, you are either incognito or visible with your profile within the community. Here you can set yourself to incognito:

  1. Click on the 3 dots next to the community

  2. Select Incognito

Connected Persons

Want to book for your coworkers? Find out here what Connected Persons are and how to configure the right settings here.

Subscriptions

Here you can see an overview of all your subscriptions—active, inactive, and requested.

How do I subscribe?

  1. Open the booking page for the coworking space.

  2. Under Subscriptions, select the appropriate subscription with Start now.

  3. Confirm your subscription in the pop-up and enter your personal details and payment method.

  4. Click on “Book with payment.”

How do I cancel a subscription?

  1. Go to Subscriptions.

  2. Click on Active.

  3. Select the three dots on the right.

  4. Select Cancel.

  5. Confirm in the pop-up with Cancel.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Open Subscriptions and click on the 3 dots of the active subscription > Manage plan.

Upgrade:

  1. The subscription becomes active immediately after the upgrade.

  2. Only the difference between the old and new subscription plans will be charged.

Downgrade:

  1. The downgrade will only take effect at the end of the active subscription period.

  2. There will be no charge; instead, the customer will pay for the desired subscription plan when the downgrade takes effect.

A subscription has been set up for me; I would like to set up my payment method:

  1. Open Subscriptions and click on the 3 dots of the active subscription

  2. Click on Update payment method.

Language

Here you can change your language.

🚨 Important:

Customer-related data is stored based on the settings under Profile. If your address changes, you must update it in your profile so that the change is also saved in the provider's customer card with the next booking.
