Admin notifications in anny

Click on either your name or the three bars in the top right corner and

Tip: If you click on the bell, you can see your current and archived notifications. You can also archive all your current notifications by clicking on the check mark.

You will receive your notifications by email and in the admin area by clicking on the bell icon.


Profile and notifications:

Here you can set the system language and time zone, email address and mobile phone number for your admin account, as well as change your password and display the tooltips again. In addition, your user profile is linked here (click here for the article on user notifications).

There are four sections in the notification settings:

Booking notifications

  • New orders

    • If you enable this option, you will receive notifications about any new orders.

  • Cancelled orders

    • This setting will notify you of orders canceled by the customer or another administrator.

  • Requested bookings

    • When customers request bookings that need to be confirmed manually, you will be notified with the setting

  • Changed bookings

    • You will receive notifications when there are changes to your booking.

Under Relevant resources, you can select the resources to which the booking notifications should apply.

Subscription notifications

  • New subscriptions

    • When a customer takes out a subscription, you will be notified when this setting is activated.

  • Requested subscriptions

    • For subscription plans that need to be confirmed manually, you will be notified with this setting.

  • Cancelled subscriptions

    • This setting determines whether you will be notified when a subscription is canceled.

  • Billed subscriptions

    • Here you will be notified about subscription billing

  • Changed subscriptions

    • If there are changes to a subscription, you will be notified with the setting.

Under Subscription plans, you can select the subscription plans for which you would like to receive the notifications set above.

Payment and integration notifications

  • payment notifications

    • As soon as a payment reminder is sent to a customer, you as the admin will also receive a notification with this setting.

  • Integration notifications:

    • If an error is detected during an integration , you will be notified by this setting.
