Use the integration to link Google Workspace resources and their calendars to resources in anny. The integration cannot be used to link sub-calendars, to do this and/or link personal calendars to resources, we recommend the Google Calendar Integration.

Define settings and connections
Activate integration
Go to the integration overview of your account, go to the Google Workspace integration and click on Set Up or Settings
1. create project
Create a new project in Google's resource manager
Enable the Google Calendar API for the newly created project
Activate the Admin SDK API as in the previous step
2. create service account:
Select your created project
click on +CREATE SERVICE ACCOUNT
In the newly created service account, go to the Key tab
Click on ADD KEY and select Create new key
Create the key as a JSON file
Download the key
Upload the file to anny
3. add domain-wide delegation
Log in with the admin password
click on Add new
copy the client ID and the OAuth scopes from the anny admin area and paste them here
click on AUTHORIZE
4. create users of the service account
Copy the suggested e-mail address from anny's admin area
In the user overview, click on Add new user:
Paste the e-mail address copied from anny into the user's data.
Pro tip: Alternatively, you can also add an existing user to the service account by clicking on Use a different email in anny and entering the email address of this user
5. set authorizations:
Go to your calendar settings
Select the calendar in the bar on the left-hand side of the screen,
which is to be synchronized
Click on + Add people and groups
Enter the user's e-mail address
Specify that the user can make changes
Repeat steps 2-5 for each calendar that is to be synchronized afterward

Once the integration has been authorized, the connections can be defined in anny; it is important that no same connection is set twice.
