Delete booking-bundle-group

Delete a booking bundle group. Bundles in the group are not deleted: their group relationship is cleared (group_id = null). They then appear in filter[without_group]=true results.

Do not assume cascade-delete of bundles. After delete, previously grouped packages belong in the ungrouped / Other section.
