How do I set up EVVA’s AirKey integration in my anny account?

With the EVVA AirKey integration, you can take the automation of your room bookings via anny one step further.

Setting up in your anny account

Once you have set up the relevant lock in your EVVA admin area and made sure that the hardware is working properly, you can now link your anny account. In your anny admin area, under Account Settings, select the Integrations tab.

  • Open the AirKey integration by clicking on Set up

  • Go to the EVVA admin area

  • Go to Settings > General > AirKey Cloud Interface (API) > Create key

  • Create an API key and then copy it into the anny admin area under API Key

  • Click Save

Once the authentication process is complete, you can set up the access details:

Configuring the booking option

For booking options where Smartlock access is to be configured, it is necessary to request the mobile phone number in the form.

To do this, go to Resource settings > Edit booking option > Form > Always request mobile number and enable the option.

Access via bookings

  1. Click Add, to create a new rule.

  2. Select the resource that should grant access to the area when booked.

  3. Select the relevant areas to which access is granted.

  4. Determine the period during which the customer has access to the area before and after booking.

Pro tip: You can edit or delete existing connections using the three dots on the right.


View Smart Lock access records in the anny admin area

In the transaction details view, both active and inactive additions can be displayed via a transaction.

By clicking on the relevant link, you can:

  • the status

  • the access period

  • the door lock/the area

  • Date created

You can view the details of an entry and copy the entry URL.

Symbol:

Status:

In progress: Access was requested by anny, but has not been granted by the access control system.

Successfully created: The account has been successfully created and the customer can access the area at the time shown.

Removed: Access has been removed by the system or an administrator, and the customer no longer has access to this area.

Pro tip: By clicking on the three dots, you can view the access details in the lock system’s admin area and also access the integration settings in anny.


Booking process

Your customers can now book rooms as usual and will receive a text message notification shortly before the booking starts, containing the authentication link for the EVVA app. Using the app, customers can then unlock the area without having to register or log in. Access via the anny app or by PIN code is not supported with the AirKey lock.
