Visibility within a community can be managed individually or at the community level, giving you full control over how members appear to each other.
Community Visibility Settings
Go to the left-hand menu and click on Communities to select the community you want to manage.
In the Representation and Scope tab, you’ll find the Incognito Mode setting.
You can choose from four options:
Opt-In: Incognito Mode is deactivated by default; members can choose to activate it individually.
Opt-Out: Incognito Mode is activated by default; members can choose to deactivate it.
Activated: Incognito Mode is fully activated – members cannot see each other.
Deactivated: Incognito Mode is completely disabled – all members are visible to each other.
Choose the setting that best fits your community’s needs to customize member visibility.
Individual Incognito Mode for Members
If your community’s Incognito Mode is set to Opt-In or Opt-Out, members can individually decide whether they want to appear incognito.
Here’s how to adjust your setting:
Open the booking page and click your avatar in the top right to access your profile.
Go to the Communities tab to see an overview of all communities you’re part of.
Click the three-dot menu next to the respective community to switch your profile visibility to either Visible or Incognito.
This setting only applies to the selected community and determines whether other members can see you.
