anny's Zoom integration eliminates the need to create and manage online meetings in parallel with each booked appointment. Cancellations are also synchronized so that you never lose track.
Installation of the Zoom integration
To install the Zoom integration, you need to navigate to the integration overview. You can find it here or with the following instructions:

You will then be redirected to Zoom
There you log in & authorize the anny app
You will then be redirected to anny. Done!

In order for meetings to be created automatically, you need to create simple "When X is booked, create a meeting for Y" assignments. You can find these under

You can create an assignment in this way.
Now select the resource (optionally the service) and the organizer of the meeting for which you want to create a meeting, if no service is selected it applies for all the resources' services
finally, activate the integration in the settings at the top right:
Pro tip: To be able to edit the settings, the integration must be deactivated.
Deleting assignments & the integration
If you want to delete a specific assignment or the entire integration, follow the respective steps:

First, temporarily deactivate the integration. You can easily delete an assignment by clicking on Delete through the 3 dots on the right side of the assignment.

If you no longer need the integration, you can remove anny from your Zoom account as follows:
Log in to your Zoom account
Go to the Zoom Marketplace
Click on "Manage" at the top right and then on "Installed Apps" on the left
Click on "Uninstall" for anny
Access to the meeting
Once the settings have been made and the integration has been activated, Zoom meetings are created automatically. There are several ways to access meetings.

Link in email
When a meeting is created, and you have turned on notifications for the corresponding resource, you will receive an email with the Zoom link. You will also receive another email reminder 5 minutes before the meeting. This reminder email will contain the Zoom link.
Link in the booking view
Alternatively, you can start the meeting directly via a link in the booking view (Bookings -> The booking).
Use as end user
Link in email
As an end user (person booking a meeting) you will receive the Zoom link directly in the confirmation email. In addition, a reminder email with the link will be sent 5 minutes before the meeting.
