When the appointment is booked, a Zoom meeting is automatically created. The link is sent directly to the customer by e-mail with the virtual ticket. You will receive in parallel a notification with the Zoom link.
With the integration of Zoom, there is no need to manage the online meeting in parallel with each booked appointment. Cancellations are also synchronized, so you never lose track.
Installation
To install the Zoom integration, you need to navigate to the integration page. You can find it under your user avatar > Edit Settings > Integrations or you can click here.
Activate integration
To activate the Zoom integration you have to click on "Activate". Thereafter, you will be redirected to Zoom. There you have to log in and authorize the anny app. Then you will be redirected to anny. Done!
Settings
To automatically create meetings, you need to create simple "When X is booked, create a meeting for Y" assignments. You can find them under User Icon > Edit Settings > Integrations > Zoom.
Via Add another you can create an assignment. Then select the resource and account for which you want to create a meeting.
Enable and disable integration
One last important point is to activate the integration! You can activate the integration in the settings in the upper-right corner.
Alternatively, you can activate and deactivate the integration in the integration overview.
Delete assignment
You can delete an assignment easily via "Delete" under the assignment.

If you no longer need the integration, you can remove anny from your Zoom account as follows:
Log in to your Zoom account
Go to the Zoom Marketplace
Click on "Manage" in the upper right corner and then on "Installed Apps" in the left corner.
Click on "Uninstall" for anny

After the settings are made and the integration is enabled, Zoom meetings are created automatically. There are several ways to access meetings.
Link in email
When a meeting is created, and you have turned on notifications for the corresponding resource, you will receive an email with the Zoom link. You will also receive another email reminder 5 minutes before the meeting. This reminder email will contain the Zoom link.
Link in the booking view
Alternatively, you can start the meeting directly via a link in the booking view (Bookings -> The booking).
Use as end user
Link in email
As an end user (person booking a meeting) you will receive the Zoom link directly in the confirmation email. In addition, a reminder email with the link will be sent 5 minutes before the meeting.
