The appearance of your anny organization heavily depends on the quality and the format of the images you use. We've listed the optimal image formats to help you maximize your account's potential.
The Ideal Image Sizes
Banner (Cover): 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Resource Images: Approx. 968 x 544 pixels (landscape).
Logos: 400 x 400 pixels, an optional white version is also acceptable (without background).
Please note that anny is designed responsively. In smaller views, the outer areas of the image may be cut-off. Therefore, position important content or text centrally and add a border, if necessary.
Possible Problems and Solutions
My image rotates:
In the resources section, only images in landscape format can be uploaded. If you upload images in portrait format, they will automatically rotate. Please re-upload the image in landscape format.My image cannot be uploaded:
Your image file size may be too large. Please check this and try again.
My image is pixelated:
This usually happens when the file size of the uploaded image is too small. Check your image size and make sure that it corresponds to the dimensions mentioned above.
My image is cut-off on top:
The anny web view is responsive and adapts optimally to the browser size and device. To facilitate this, the images can be cut-off on the outer sides in order to dynamically adjust the image size and ratios.
