How can I attach files (images, videos, documents) to a resource?

Here's how to add files to a resource – quickly via drag & drop and in common formats.

Files allow you to provide customers with information directly on the booking page, for example with program information, instructions, or images. Uploaded files are visible on the booking page and can be downloaded by customers.

How to add files

  1. Open the desired resource.

  2. Scroll down to the Files section.

  3. Upload the file or drag and drop it into the field.

  4. Save.

Typical use cases

  • Detailed program overview as a PDF

  • Visual impressions as images

  • Instructions or explanatory video

Supported formats

  • Documents: PDF, Word (DOC, DOCX), Excel (XLS, XLSX)

  • Images: PNG, JPG, JPEG

  • Archives: ZIP

  • Videos: Vimeo, Loom, or YouTube.

Notes and tips

  • Make sure the file size and quality are sufficient. Very large files may take longer to load.

  • After uploading, check the display on the booking page and test the download.

  • Make sure you have the necessary rights to use the files.
