How do I create a new map?
Navigate to Maps in the admin area by clicking Resources in the left sidebar and then selecting Maps.
Click “
” to create a new map.Name your map and link it to the correct address. If the address for the new location does not yet exist in your account, you can add it via
“
”.After saving, the map will be created in your account and automatically opened in the Map Designer.
How do I upload a floor plan?
You can upload your floor plan as a template in the Designer to draw your interactive anny map. This can be a simple evacuation plan, a sketch, or a detailed architectural drawing. The floor plan serves purely as a visual reference and will not be visible on the booking page later. Creating a map freehand without any template is also possible.
Upload your floor plan by dragging and dropping it into the map area.
Position the floor plan and adjust its alignment and size using corner handles

Rename the floor plan according to the floor level and lock it via right-click and

Note: If the file is not recognized, it may be too large or in an unsupported format. Try compressing the file or uploading a screenshot instead.
Accepted file formats are .pdf, .jpg, and .png.
How do I create a new floor?
A new floor can be created using the “
” button.To duplicate an existing floor, right-click it in the floor overview and select

How do I move / position elements?
Elements include all movable objects in the Designer, such as furniture, resources, templates, walls, and floor plan images. All elements can be edited using the same interaction logic:
Select element(s): Click the element you want to move with the left mouse button, or hold Shift and drag with the left mouse button to select multiple elements.
Move element(s): Once the
-Cursor appears, the selection can be moved via drag & drop.Rotate element(s): Right-click to rotate selected elements by 45°, 90°, or 180°.
For free rotation, hold Ctrl and move the cursor to a corner handle
until the
-Cursor appears, then drag to rotate. Use Q and E to rotate incrementally in 1° steps. Use Shift + Q / E to rotate in 45° steps.Scale element(s): Hold Alt and move the cursor to a corner handle
until the
-Cursor appears. Drag to scale the element.
How do I create and edit walls?
Create a new wall: Use the “
” tool to draw new walls. You can select the wall shape from the dropdown menu. Hold Shift to draw walls at a 90° angle.Edit an existing wall: Select the wall you want to modify and adjust its position, alignment, and size as needed. Learn more here.
To edit only part of a wall, click the corresponding corner handle (
→
). You can then drag and reposition the selected point.Delete a wall: Select the wall you want to remove and press ⌫.
Note: If the wall contains doors or windows, editing behavior changes because they segment the wall and create additional corner handles
. Moving, rotating, and scaling will only work correctly if all associated doors and windows are selected as well.
Where can I find furniture templates?
You can access ”
” in the Designer. Here, you’ll find all the building blocks that bring your map to life, including furniture, structural elements, and more.If you want to create your own furniture, you can use ”
”. These are saved account-wide and can be used across all maps.
How do I link resources?
Find a resource: Enter the name of the desired resource in the search bar and select it from the list with a left click. If the resource contains child resources, you can expand it to display all subordinate items.
Link a resource: To connect it, simply click the corresponding resource element on the map. Existing links can be overwritten by clicking on a resource element that is already linked.
How do I activate the 3D feature?
We offer a 3D feature for a three-dimensional view of your building. Click the “
” button in the Designer to enable the 3D preview. To display the map in 3D on the booking page, go to ”
” in the settings and activate the 3D view.

Good to know: Need to make changes later? No problem — as an admin, you can edit all map elements at any time. Want to delete a resource, wall, or icon? Simply select the element and press the delete key. Looking for a different perspective? Click the map in the bottom-right corner to switch to satellite view. If you used an image as a template to draw your floor plan, it will not be visible on the booking page.
