With anny, you can automatically translate texts in your resources into multiple languages in seconds.
How do languages work in custom fields?
You can fill in custom fields in the default language (e.g., English).
A separate version of the text can be stored for each additional language. This way, customers see the content in the language they have set on the booking page (e.g., English).
Pro tip: You can recognize the current display language by the abbreviation next to the 🌐 icon on the right side of the free field. If there is a number in parentheses behind the icon, several language versions are stored.
How to translate your content
Option 1: Translate the entire resource
Open the resource whose free fields you want to translate.
Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
Select Translate.
Set the source language and target language.
Toggle “Only missing translations”:
Active: Only missing translations in the target language are added. Existing translations remain unchanged.
Deactivated: All free fields in the target language are recreated and existing content is overwritten.
Start translating.
Option 2: Translate individual custom fields
Click on the 🌐 icon in the desired custom field.
Move your mouse over the language you want to add.
Select the 🪄 icon to have the content translated by AI.
Alternatively: Click directly on the language to enter the translation manually
Note: AI translations may contain errors. Please check the translated texts and adjust them if necessary (including grammar and technical terms).
