# Privacy Policy

*If copies of these GTC have been made in languages other than German, only the German version is binding for anny and the provider.*

This privacy policy also applies to [app.anny.co](http://app.anny.co) and [try.anny.co](http://try.anny.co) as well as other subdomains of [anny.co](http://anny.co).

For our customers we provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) which contractually governs the handling of data.

The German version of this privacy policy is the legally binding document. This English translation is provided for convenience only.
