# Manage your anny plan

> Adjust your anny plan to unlock the right features for your team.

With the anny plan, you control which features and capacities are available to you. In this article, you learn how to view, switch, or cancel your current plan.

## Plan overview

anny offers four plans. All prices are monthly and exclude VAT. With annual payment, you save 20%.

## View and change your plan

    Click your **account icon** in the top right and select **Subscription & billing**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check the current plan">
    Below your active plan, the note **active** is shown. You see all available plans side by side.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Switch the plan">
    Select the plan you want. Click **Upgrade** to switch to a higher plan, or **Downgrade** to switch to a smaller plan.

  <Step title="Confirm the change">
    A pop-up appears for confirmation. Check the details and confirm the change.

<Tip>
  With an **upgrade**, the amount already paid is credited proportionally and the new plan is active immediately. With a **downgrade**, the new plan takes effect only at the end of the current billing period.

## Review the result

After the change, you see the new plan with the status **active** under **Subscription & billing**. With a downgrade, the previous plan shows the status **Scheduled** or **Cancelled** until the current period ends.

## Cancel your plan

    Select the **Starter plan** (free) to cancel your paid plan.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Deactivate your booking page">
    Set your booking page to **inactive**, so that no new bookings come in.

## Delete your account

If you no longer want to use anny, you can delete your account entirely.

    First switch to the Starter plan (see above).

  <Step title="Deactivate your booking page">
    Set your booking page to **inactive**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Remove admins">
    Delete all admins from the **user management** (accessible via the three lines in the top right).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Contact support">
    Send a message with your feedback in the support chat, so your account is finally deleted.
  </Step>

<Warning>
  After deletion, your account is no longer accessible. All data you created is deleted automatically and irreversibly.

## FAQ

  <Accordion title="Does my plan renew automatically?">
    Yes. With monthly payment, the plan renews monthly and you can switch or cancel at any time. With annual payment, you get a 20% discount, but you can only adjust the plan after the term ends.

  <Accordion title="What happens to my data with a downgrade?">
    Your data is preserved. Features not included in the smaller plan are no longer available to you after the change, until you upgrade again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="When does a downgrade take effect?">
    A downgrade takes effect only at the end of the current billing period. Until then, your previous plan stays active.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I book the Enterprise plan directly?">
    No. For the Enterprise plan, you need to request a custom offer. To do so, contact our sales team.

  <Accordion title="Is there a cancellation period?">
    The cancellation period is 30 days.

## Troubleshooting

  <Accordion title="I can't perform an upgrade">
    Check whether your payment method is stored and valid. Without an active payment method, no paid plan can be activated.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My downgrade was not applied">
    A downgrade takes effect only at the end of the current billing period. Under Subscription & billing, you see the status "Scheduled" until the change takes effect.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Features are missing after the plan change">
    If you switched to a smaller plan, features from the higher plan are no longer available. Check the plan overview above and upgrade if needed.
