# anny Mobile App

> Book workspaces, meeting rooms and more on the go with the anny app for iOS and Android.

With the anny app, you plan your week, book resources and check in on site, all right from your smartphone. The app offers the same core features as the browser version in a mobile format.

<Tip>
  When signing in, make sure to select the correct **data host region** (usually EU+). This connects you to the right server for your organization.

## How the app is structured

The anny app has six areas:

| Home         | Daily overview: today's bookings, self check-in, favorites and recently booked resources                        |
| Week planner | Plan your week in just a few clicks. List and map view available.                                               |
| Explore      | All bookable resources with filters by category, availability and properties. Community switch at the top left. |
| Calendar     | View and manage bookings (list and week view)                                                                   |
| Checkout     | Cart for several bookings at once. Bookings are reserved for 15 minutes.                                        |
| Profile      | Personal details, payment methods, notifications, incognito mode, language                                      |

## Week planner

The week planner is the heart of the app. Favorite your go-to resources and plan your entire week in 5 clicks and 5 swipes. In map view, you book visually right on the interactive floor plan.

## Explore and book

Under Explore, you'll find all the resources you have access to:

* Switch between your communities (top left)
* Filter by categories, availability and properties
* Scan anny QR codes to open a resource directly in the app

## Self check-in

Check in right in the app. On the home screen, you see today's booking and can check in with a tap. If location validation is enabled, your precise location must be shared in the device settings.

## Push notifications

Push notifications keep you informed about booking changes, check-in prompts and invitations. On iOS, they're interactive: you can cancel or check in to bookings directly from the notification.

## anny passes

The anny pass is your digital access key:

* Create a QR code as an anny pass
* Connect existing QR codes or NFC cards
* Add your pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
* Use the pass to check in at interactive room displays

## More features

* **Guest bookings:** Possible even without a login
* **Vouchers:** Redeemable at checkout
* **Dark mode:** Adapts automatically to your operating system
* **Payment methods:** Save credit card and SEPA directly in the app

    Most organizations in the DACH region use **EU+**. On-prem customers have their own region. When in doubt, ask your IT team.

  <Accordion title="Why am I not receiving push notifications?">
    Check in the device settings whether push notifications are enabled for the anny app. Also make sure in your profile under Notifications that the categories you want are switched on.

  <Accordion title="Can I book for others through the app?">
    Yes, Connected Persons is also available in the app. Connect with colleagues and book on their behalf in the planner.

  <Accordion title="My check-in doesn't work">
    Enable precise location for the anny app in your device settings. Make sure you're inside the building and have GPS reception.
