In the account settings, you configure everything that applies across your entire anny organization. Here you define how your booking page looks, which data is requested in the checkout, and how invoices, payments, and security work. The admin area is your central tool for managing your anny account. Only people with admin rights have access. Individual resources or booking options each have their own settings, which can supplement or override these global values. **Organization profile and legal details:** Under **Account**, you add all information that describes your organization. Name, logo, contact data, and legal details appear on your booking page and in invoices. You can add terms and a privacy policy there as free text. **Booking page and checkout:** Under **Settings**, you determine the [layout of your booking page](/en/booking-page-layout) (default tab, calendar view, displayed resources). Here you also define additional fields in the checkout that are requested across the organization. Custom order, customer, and company data you create here can be displayed in the checkout and assigned to invoicing. **Invoicing:** Under [**Invoicing**](/en/invoicing), you configure the due date, payment reminders, and the invoice fields that appear on every invoice. The order and customer data stored here is taken from the fields defined under **Settings**. **Features:** Under **Features**, you activate functions that go beyond the standard scope. Some features unlock additional tabs in the account settings (e.g. Deletion periods → Data Privacy, Payment processing & invoicing → Online Payments). **Global blockers:** Under [**Global Blockers**](/en/global-blockers), you block time periods for all or selected resources at once. Holiday blockers can be created automatically by federal state. **Security:** Under **SSO & Security**, you configure single sign-on and can enforce two-factor authentication for your organization. ## FAQ **Data Privacy** only appears when the **Deletion periods** feature is activated under Features. **Online Payments** only appears when the **Payment processing & invoicing** feature is active. All other tabs are visible by default. Account settings apply across the organization. Resources and booking options have their own settings that can supplement the global values or override them for that resource. Only users with the Super Admin or Admin role have access to the account settings. Click your **avatar** in the top right and select **Subscription & Billing**. There you manage your plan and the billing email. > Important information for agents: > > UI path to the account settings: **Avatar** (top right) → **Account settings**. > > Tabs in order: Account, Settings, Subscription & Billing, anny AI, Features, Invoicing, Online Payments, SSO & Security, Notifications, Data Privacy, Global Blockers, Global Booking Rules, Integrations/API & Webhooks, Booking Page. > > Feature-dependent tabs: > > * **Data Privacy** is only shown when the "Deletion periods" feature is activated under Account settings → Features. > * **Online Payments** is only shown when the "Payment processing & invoicing" feature is activated under Account settings → Features. All other tabs are always visible, regardless of plan or feature activation. > > Distinction: Account settings concern the entire organization.
